Image:Champaign From Above.jpg
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A view of Champaign looking East from far above Neil & Green, taken in 2004. Most of the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is visible in the center of this image. Starting on the left, some visible and notable buildings are the Beckman Institute, Grainger Engineering library, Presidential Towers, the Armory, Memorial Stadium, and the Assembly Hall. Most of the buildings in the foreground are apartments inhabited primarily by students, fraternities, sororities, and dormitories. Thanks to Peter Folk for the photo.
