Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

After Piper, Phoebe and Paige - the newly reconstituted Charmed Ones - vanquish Shax, the Source prepares to vanquish the Oracle for giving him false information. The Oracle, pleading for her life, reassures the Source that he could still break the Power of Three like he did with Prue's death.

The Oracle: Magical beings, that can be either good or evil, who can see into the future via premonition or through scrying pools.

Gargoyles: stone creatures affixed to the sides of buildings who become alive once an evil being approaches. They protect the building they are affixed to by howling, alerting good beings of evil's approach.

Enchantment Spell: Must possess an object while chanting the words: Magic forces far and wide, Enchant these so those can’t hide. Allow this witch to use therein, so she can reveal the Evil within.
To Vanquish Shax: Evil wind that blows, that which forms below. No longer may you dwell, death takes you with this spell.
To Banish An Unwanted Guest: Take him back, take him away. Remove him now, don’t let him stay. We call the spirits to help undo, and send him off to Timbuktu.
To Summon A Spirit: place a series of candles in a circle and recite outside the circle: Hear these words, hear my cry, Spirit from the other side. Come to me, I summon thee. Cross now the great divide.

This is the first time we see Paige's powers: "telekinetic orbing or tele-orbing" in action.
In the episode All Hell Breaks Loose, Shax is shown with gray skin, but in this episode, he is shown with yellow/gray skin.
Paige channels Leo's healing ability to fully heal Cole in this episode. Leo alone couldn't fully heal Cole in the Season 3 episode Sleuthing with the Enemy due to the fact that he is half-demon, but this time, Paige was able to lend her whitelighter half to fully heal him. In the Season 8 episode, Payback's A Witch, we see Paige heal Henry (husband) completely on her own. Knowing that love is a Whitelighter's trigger to heal, it was only then that she was able to tap into that part of her powers.
This is the first time Patty and Paige meet since she gave Paige up as an infant.
The Source left wounded Cole at non-remote roadside for such a long time, yet no one noticed him.
The Source was not able to go into the church due to the warding gargoyle, but the evil warlock in the episode When Bad Warlocks Go Good were able to walk freely in and out the church.
In this episode leo uses his healing powers to repair the P3 sign behind the club after Piper's new manager redesigned her club. Piper later changes the club back to how it was before.
