Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo is a team of happy hardcore DJ's from the Netherlands, who had some big hits in Europe in the mid 1990's.

Charly Lownoise was born June 16, 1968 in The Hague in The Netherlands. His real name is Ramon Roelofs.

Mental Theo was born February 14, 1965 in 's-Hertogenbosch. His real name is Theo Nabuurs.
