Charlie Hardwick (born about 1959 Wallsend, Tyne and Wear[1]) is an English actor well known for her part in ITV's Emmerdale as Val Lambert.

She also starred in the 2000 comedy film Purely Belter, and won the best actress award at the Monte Carlo International Television Festival in 1998 for her role in the film The Scar, about a Durham pit community in crisis.[1]
