Charlie Comyn-Platt (born October 2, 1985 in Salford) is a footballer who started his football career at Bolton Wanderers. He currently plays for Grays Athletic on loan from Swindon Town. He made his debut in the 2004/05 season - a 3-1 win over Walsall coming on as a late substitute. He played in two other games that season for Bolton - both against Tranmere Rovers in the F.A. Cup.
The following season saw Comyn-Platt fail to break into the Bolton line-up once more and was sent out on loan to Wycombe Wanderers for one month.
The defender was released by Bolton at the end of the 2004/05 season was signed by Andy King for Swindon Town along with fellow Bolton youngster Ricky Shakes.
Comyn-Platt struggled to break into the first team at Swindon but after King's dismissal and Iffy Onuora's appointment he found himself breaking into the first team.
Though Swindon were relegated at the end of the 2005/06 season, Comyn-Platt was offered a one-year contract, which he accepted.
On November 23, 2006 he joined Grays Athletic on loan.
Attended Parrs Wood Technology College in East Didsbury, South Manchester. Along will fellow footballer Carlos Roca, who currently plays for Northwich Victoria.
