Charlie Bailey

Charlie Bailey was a collegiate football coach in the 1990s. He started his career at Memphis, where he put together a 12-20-1 record. Despite a 1-10 record to start his career, he came out firing with 2 seasons of at least 5 wins. In 1993, he moved to UTEP, where he posted a 19-53-1 record. After the 1999 season, he was fired as the head coach at UTEP, and was replaced by Gary Nord.
