Charles Willing

Charles Willing (b. May 18, 1710, Bristol, England; d. November 30, 1754, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a successful merchant and the Mayor of Philadelphia from 1748 to 1749 and again in 1754.
His grandfather, Edward Shippen, and son, Thomas Willing, also served as mayors of Philadelphia. Mary Willing Byrd was his daughter.
