Charles Mulford Robinson

Charles Mulford Robinson (1869-1917) was a city planner and the first Professor for Civic Design at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Only Illinois and Harvard offered courses in Urban Planning in those days. He was also a journalist and a writer.
