Charles Hall

There are several notable people named Charles Hall:
- Charles Hall was an American inventor. During the 1960s, as a design student at San Francisco State University, he created the waterbed. He was unable to obtain a patent due to prior art in three novels by Robert A. Heinlein (Beyond This Horizon, Double Star, and Stranger in a Strange Land).
- Charles Francis Hall (1821–1871) was an American explorer of the Arctic.
- Charles Henry Hall, (1820-1877), was a noted Anglican clergyman and author.
- Charles Martin Hall (1863–1914) was a chemist who discovered an economical process for producing aluminum.
