Charles F. Brush High School is a public high school in Lyndhurst, Ohio. The School is named for Charles F. Brush, the Ohio-born inventor of the arc light (an invention which, until recently, the school's student newspaper was named after).
Brush has approximately 1700 students. The school is situated close to the border of Lyndhurst and its larger neighbor to the west, South Euclid, and serves as the sole high school in the South Euclid-Lyndhurst City School District. Brush's principal, Elaine Vrabel, is the mother of New England Patriots linebacker (and former Ohio State Buckeye) Mike Vrabel. The school's address is 4875 Glenlyn Rd., Lyndhurst, OH 44124. Brush High's sports teams are known as the Arcs, and compete in Cleveland's suburban Western Reserve Conference.
