Charles Coleman Finlay

Charles Coleman Finlay is an American science fiction and fantasy author.
He grew up in Ohio and attended Ohio State University. He also attended University of Oxford. His first story, Footnotes, was published in 2001. In the five years since then he has been nominated for both the Hugo Award for Best Novella and the Nebula Award for Best Novella. He also wrote chapters for the "hoax-novel" Atlanta Nights.
