Charles Baillairgé

Charles Baillairgé, (29 September 182610 May 1906), was from a lineage of sculptors, painters, and architects begun by his great grandfather, Jean Baillairgé. He continued the architectural pursuit and also was a land surveyor, civil engineer, and an author.

He was involved in designing many projects which were under the supervision of his brother, Frédéric, who held a senior position with public works.
