Changes is a song by Black Sabbath. It first appeared on Black Sabbath, Vol. 4 which was released in 1972. It is a ballad about relationship loss, and is uncharacteristic of Black Sabbath's music. The song is dominated not by crunchy guitar and bass, but instead by keyboard and mellotron.

The song has been covered by numerous artists, including The Cardigans, who cover a Sabbath song on every album. In 2003, Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath's lead vocalist) rerecorded the song with his daughter, Kelly Osbourne as a duet. The remade song's changed lyrics, reflect the moments of their life together. It was released in 2003 and reached #1 in the UK.
