Chaminade College Preparatory School is an independent Catholic school for boys in grades six through twelve. The school is located in West St. Louis County, Missouri. Chaminade offers 7-day, 5-day, and temporary boarding. Students come from throughout the United States and from several countries around the world. Canning Hall accommodates up to seventy-five residents.

The school bears the name of Father William Joseph Chaminade, a priest who lived during the era of the French Revolution and who founded the religious order known as the Society of Mary (Marianists).The school maintains an active relationship with this Society through governance structures and the employment of lay and religious Marianists committed to a conscious effort to keep alive the Marianist charism in all aspects of the institution's operation.

Chaminade teams have won 16 state championships competing in the Missouri State High School Activities Association.
During the 2001-02 school year, the soccer team finished the season with a 31-1 record, winning the state championship. Chaminade also won the state title in cross-country running.
During the 2002-03 school year the soccer team won the state championship.
In 2003-04, Chaminade won the state championship in golf.
Chaminade is part of the Metro Catholic Conference with Christian Brothers College High School, De Smet Jesuit High School, St. John Vianney High School (Kirkwood, Missouri), and St. Louis University High School.
On, November 18th, 2006, Chaminade College Preparatory won their third soccer state championship in the last six years, defeating Lafayette High School, which is located in Rockwood.
