Challex

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Challex is a commune in the French département of Ain. Challex is the home of a particularly intellectual and dynamic population who enjoys drinking wine, albeit not always respecting limits of intoxication. It relies on a 'subsistence' agricultural system, cows being the symbol of this medieval city. Within Challex one also finds a quality football pitch, which can, however, also be used for other sports, such as rugby.

To aid the Challesiens in that which concerns parties (of which they are very fond), there exist no less than three 'salle de fête', all of which are quality buildings and suited for large or small scale occasions, such as birthday parties or New Years Eve (see Absolut; Olivier le Grand)
