Chairperson, known as Iincho (委員長 Iinchō?) in Japan, is a character from the Rival Schools series of fighting games. She is a student at Taiyo High School and is chairperson ('Iinchō') of the school's student council. She took Dan's Saikyo-ryu correspondence course because she believed it was easier than other styles of martial arts to learn due to her busy schedule as Chairperson.

[edit] History

[edit] Rival Schools

Chairperson's first appearance is in Rival Schools: United By Fate, appearing in Hinata's ending to inform Hinata about the training in karate the students at Taiyo High have adopted. This earns her a hug from Hinata, which promptly aggravates an injury Chairperson had suffered from training. In the English version, she is referred to as "Class Leader".

[edit] Project Justice

Her first playable appearance is in Project Justice, joining Taiyo High classmate Ran Hibiki and Pacific High School student Boman Delgado in investigating attatcks during the Taiyo-Pacific Athletics Battle, as well joining Hinata and Kyosuke after Batsu's disappearance. Unfortunately, her Saikyo-ryu training, along with her inexperience at karate, made her a weak character, which is also reflected in her ineffective and weak moves in-game. Her team-up move is a different case though, drawing upon her leadership skills and not her training, it is one of the most useful moves in the game, recovering both life and vigor gauge power at the same time.
