Chūō Line (Osaka)

The Chūō Line (中央線 Chūō-sen?) is one of the lines of Osaka Municipal Subway, the rapid transit system in Osaka City, Japan.
Trains go direct to the Kintetsu Keihanna Line. On July 1, 2005, the OTS Line from Cosmosquare to Osakako became the section of the Chūō Line, however the rails from Cosmosquare to Osakako belong to Osaka Port Transport System (OTS).

- December 11, 1961 - Osakako - Bentencho
- October 31, 1964 - Bentencho - Hommachi (temporary station)
- September 30, 1967 - Tanimachi Yon-chome - Morinomiya
- July 29, 1968 - Morinomiya - Fukaebashi
- July 1, 1969 - The real station of Hommachi Station opened.
- December 26, 1969 - Hommachi - Tanimachi Yon-chome
- April 5, 1985 - Fukaebashi - Nagata
- October 1, 1986 - The Kintetsu Higashi-Osaka Line opened.
- December 18, 1997 - Osakako - Cosmosquare (OTS Line)
- July 1, 2005 - The OTS Line from Cosmosquare to Osakako became the section of the Chūō Line.
- March 27, 2006 - The Kintetsu Keihanna Line opened, and the Higashi-Osaka Line became the section of the Keihanna Line.
