The Ceylon Workers' Congress is a political party in Sri Lanka which has traditionally represented Tamils working in the plantation sector of the economy.
It was initially known as the Ceylon Indian Congress. Natesa Iyer was the leader of the party at the time of independence.
At the last legislative elections, held on 2 April 2004, the party was a minor partner in the UNP-dominated United National Front that won 37.8 % of the popular vote and 82 out of 225 seats.
