- Cerebral hemorrhage was a redirect to Cerebrovascular accident, but was made into a substub. Was there something wrong with the redirect, or should it be reverted? -R. fiend 17:39, 27 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- It would be better as a redirect. Axl 21:12, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Any reason this is no longer a redirect to Cerebrovascular accident, which seems to include cerebral hemorrhaging? -R. fiend 20:15, 24 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- A cerebral hemorrhage can be caused by trauma too, whereas cerebrovascular accident refers only to spontaneous bleeds, so they're really two different things. delldot talk 09:01, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re - merging cerebral hemorrhage & stroke -- confusion of terminology
A cerebral hemorrhage is not a hemorrhagic stroke-- it can lead to a hemorrhagic stroke. I think this article is got confused... when someone took the cerebral hemorrhage article and in error thought hemorrhagic stroke and cerebral hemorrhage are the same thing. <-- It looks like the article started that way. Here is a ref that explains cerebral hemorrhage --> http://www.csmc.edu/2424.html <-- and I think is closer to the mark. Nephron T|C 02:40, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
- I think this article needs a major clean-up. It probably makes sense to turn this into a disambig-like page... 'cause articles already exist for epidural hemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial hemorrhage. Nephron T|C 03:04, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
