Certified Master Inspector

A Certified Master Inspector is a home inspector who has

  1. Completed 1,000 fee-paid inspections or hours of inspection-related continuing education (combined) in their lifetime.
  
  2. Abides strictly by the home inspectors code of ethics.
     
  3. Substantially followed a Board approved Standards of Practice.
     
  4. Submitted to a criminal background check.
      
  5. Applied for Board certification from The Master Inspector Certification Board by signing the affidavit in front of a Notary.
