[edit] Personal history
Cerie, or Cherie in some episodes, is the very sexy and attractive receptionist/intern at "TGS with Tracy Jordan." She is also the object of the mostly male staff writers on the show because of her youth and her very revealing clothing, and admits to not wearing bras (She says her breasts holds up very well without them).
Cerie's prescence around the guys does not sit well with Liz Lemon, the show's staff writer and creator, who tried to tone her attire but fails in that attempt thanks to the guys who see nothing wrong with her (or in some cases, uses pranks or something to that effect, to see a lot more of her), and from Cerie herself.
Cerie also has her standards set when it comes to dating men. In the episode Jack-tor she told the staff (and in a fourth wall scene to viewers) that "she doesn't date men who don't drink Snapple." Whether she meant that remains to be seen however.
As for her true goals, Cerie told Liz that "Oh, but I don't actually wanna work in television. Career-wise, I'm just gonna marry rich and design handbags."
