Cerdanya is a comarca in northern Catalonia, Spain, in the Pyrenees, along the border of Catalonia with France and with the principality of Andorra. Within Catalonia, Cerdanya borders Alt Urgell, Berguedà, and Ripollès. The comarca covers the southern half of the historical territory of Cerdanya, divided by the Treaty of the Pyrenees (1659) between France and Spain (Catalonia). The comarca is split between the provinces of Lleida and Girona.

The area is sometimes called Baixa Cerdanya (literally "Lower Cerdanya") to distinguish it from Alta Cerdanya ("High Cerdanya") which was ceded to France by the Treaty of the Pyrenees in 1659.

Llívia, in the comarca of Cerdanya, is a Spanish enclave completely surrounded by French territory.
