Centre for Professional Development is a organisation that provides short or intensive training that helps people develop personal life skill that is oftern associated with employment.

Everyone agrees that people are an organisation's greatest asset, and we all know that for an organisation to succeed everyone has to perform well. It doesn't matter what size or type of organisation you are, education is the key to sucess. By Providing support for personal proffesional develpment or CPD it allows people to grow. It is important to keep good records and reflective practice is also important.
