Central Bank of Angola

The Central Bank of Angola (in Portuguese Banco Nacional de Angola) is the National bank of Angola. It is based in Luanda and was set up in 1926 while what is now known as Angola was still a colonial possession of Portugal. Beginning in 1999, the Central Bank began implementing reforms to meet international standards.
