Central Asia plus Japan

The Central Asia plus Japan dialogue was established, as the name indicates, by four nations of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) in cooperation with Japan, in order to provide a forum for regional issues. Turkmenistan has observer status in the forum.
