Centerville is a city in Houston County, Georgia, United States. It is part of the Warner Robins, Georgia Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 4,278 at the 2000 census.

The city is home to the Galleria Mall, the largest mall in the Warner Robins area and the second largest in the Macon metro after the Macon Mall. There are over 50 stores and its anchors are Sears and Belk's. The city is also home to many other shopping centers. There is a new Hobby Lobby, Target, Circuit City, Toys R' Us and many other big box retailers.

Centerville is located at 32°37′56″N, 83°40′41″W (32.632111, -83.677950)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 7.3 km² (2.8 mi²), all land.

It is connected to the city of Warner Robins although it wasn't always like that. They were once separate. As Warner Robins grew westward, Centerville was swallowed. It is now completely surrounded by the city of Warner Robins. The city along with Warner Robins continues to annex land and expand westwards towards I-75.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 4,278 people, 1,595 households, and 1,248 families residing in the city. The population density was 589.9/km² (1,526.4/mi²). There were 1,687 housing units at an average density of 232.6/km² (601.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 83.94% White, 11.17% African American, 0.37% Native American, 1.71% Asian, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 1.01% from other races, and 1.71% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.06% of the population.

There were 1,595 households out of which 39.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.5% were married couples living together, 12.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.7% were non-families. 17.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 3.01.

In the city the population was spread out with 27.5% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 33.1% from 25 to 44, 23.0% from 45 to 64, and 8.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 98.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.7 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $46,797, and the median income for a family was $52,554. Males had a median income of $36,731 versus $26,406 for females. The per capita income for the city was $20,434. About 5.1% of families and 7.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 11.6% of those under age 18 and 3.1% of those age 65 or over.
