Center of Excellence is a term used to define a group which is a single point of contact for a product, concept, idea or device.

Organisations use this group to increate efficiency and accountability for which it is created.

Center of Excellence (COE) acts as a governence around the product, concept, idea or device. Any changes or additions are controlled by COE. This groups defines everything related to the product.
