Talk:Cell phones and driving

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I've tagged this with {npov} because, as the person who proposed it for deletion noted, it's not neutral. I don't know much about the topic, but I seem to recall that there is far from universal agreement that driving and cell-phone-chatting is dangerous, but the article doesn't give any indication of that right now. Some discussion of measures taken to reduce the risk would be useful too - promotion of headsets and the like. (Also, this may not be the best title for the article - I'd suggest Cell phones and driving or similar) CDC (talk) 02:04, 10 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia, the FREE Encylopedia?

Does every article have to be 100% neutral? If such a policy exists, that contradicts the "free encyclopedia" slogan. Deleting an article because it may have a slanted POV is about as far from "free" as you could get, and mirrors police states, where expressing an opinion could land you in jail. And whenever anyone posts an article about something that someone here hasn't heard of? That's right, the vfd rears its ugly head. Free encyclopedia indeed.
