Celso Esquivel González (born on March 20, 1981 in Artigas, Uruguay) is a Paraguayan football player who, as of 2004, was playing for Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro.

He was part of the silver medal-winning Paraguayan 2004 Olympic football team, who achieved a quarter-final place with two victories in the qualifying round, and, having finished second in the league, beat South Korea in the quarter-finals, and Iraq in the semi-finals, before losing to Argentina in the final.
