Cellcast Group Plc is a media group focusing on interactive television products, based in the United Kingdom. The company broadcasts a range of television channels across Europe and produces many interactive television and radio programmes for other broadcasters. It is also the owner of Game Network[1].
In the UK, Cellcast has launched a variety of television channels including SmileTV, Psychic Interactive, SUMO.TV, Babestation and Get Lucky TV, and produces most of its own programming. It also worked with Top Up TV to produce its Top Up TV Active interactive service, which was an audio-version of QuizWorld overlaid with MHEG graphics on the TopUp Active channel, thus reducing the amount of bandwidth used[1].
