Short for Cubicle Entertainment - Lame Ego Booster, this interoffice messaging system was created by John Knaack in 2006. It allows closed network instant messaging, but became famous for the ability to send quick games such as Rock, Paper, Scissors to coworkers. While at first its use was limited, modifications such as Rich Text message formatting and the ability to send users experience points pushed the program into mainstream usage. The program is still under heavy development and new features are appearing weekly.

Plug-in api allows for new functionality to be added for companies that have special needs for office communications.
