Cedarview Middle School

Cedarview Middle School is a OCDSB elementary school in Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It has 744 students. Cedarview was opened in 1993. It is the next-generation school of the board, housing almost 100 computers. The building is characterized by its bright blue roof. As of the 2006-07 school year, the principal is Michel Chartrand and the vice principal is Naya Markanastasakis. The school is home to a Grade 7 and 8 Congregated Gifted class of 25 students. Cedarview is home to a world record for Largest Simultaneous Yo-yo, which they broke on June 14, 2006.
