Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute is a public high school in Toronto located on Markham Road south of Lawrence Avenue. It was opened in 1957 and houses approximately 1400 students.
A high-school located on 550 Markham Rd. It is a school for most immersion and extended french students. This school is semestered and follows a two day schedule with 4 periods. During the years 2005-2006 first period and fourth period switched. During 2006-2007, third period and fourth period switch. There is a likely chance that this schedule will change during the years.
The CCI mascot (Cedarbrae Colts) is a blue horse named Cedric corresponding to the school colors: blue, green and white. The swim team mascot is the Dolphins.
Cedarbrae CI has also been used for filming the movie Detroit Rock City, released in 1999.

Cedarbrae is 1 large building with 1 gymnasium which can be separated into 3, a weight training room, an auditorium with a balcony, a swimming pool, various tech classrooms and a library. It also includes an approximately 400m track behind the school with 2 goalposts for various school sports.

This school is strict and requires to students to wear photo I.D cards around their neck at all school times. During the 1st to 3rd time, the student is requested to produce ID or go to office for a temporary. The fourth time the student will serve after school remediation detention. The 5th time student will be sent home for the day to return the next day with card or with replacement money. Subsequent forgetfulness or resistance: consequence to be determined by administration.
