Gosh, what can I say? I'm a Wikipedia addict, and I think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread (or pasta machines for my Italian friends). I'm interested in learning more about Wikipedia's mechanics and subculture, and I feel a new responsibility to contribute to articles about which I have considerable experience since I spend many a waking hour perusing all sorts of crappage to be found here. And of course, I mean "crappage" in a good way. I'm old enough to remember the World Book Encyclopedia (which I also spent many, MANY hours reading), and Wikipedia is almost a dream come true. Along with projects like Mozilla and SourceForge, I think Wikipedia represents the future of the Web - certainly a project worth supporting.
