Pokémon and Digimon are two completely different franchises made by different companies; they shouldn't be lumped together like this. A simple reversion to whatever category/subcategory they were in before they move to this category would be good. I've depopulated the category a little bit, but only because I didn't think of nominating it for deletion beforehand. --Sparky the Seventh Chaos 23:48, Feb 10, 2005 (UTC)

  • So I adopted Pokémon The Movie 2000 - The Power of One (I know, but I'll let greater minds than mine tackle any titling problems) from Newpages today and cleanup-tagged and categorized it, and shortly thereafter the creator of Category:Pokémon and Digimon changed Category:Pokémon to the less specific Category:Pokémon and Digimon. What!? This is misusing the category system. Revert everything. Samaritan 01:16, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

  • Not a very helpful category change. Many users would like to know about just one of the two franchises, requiring further browsing in this mixed category. No harm in Revert. Sinistro 08:28, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)
