Cathy Keenan (born in Vancouver, British Columbia) is an actress.

Cathy began playing Liz O'Rourke on Degrassi Junior High in the 1980s. She starred in both Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High. She has guest starred in several Degrassi: The Next Generation episodes. She is currently residing in Toronto, Ontario where she teaches yoga.
