The Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament is a cathedral of the Roman Catholic Church in the United States. It is the motherchurch of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown and is the seat of its prelate bishop. The cathedral was built from September 17, 1924 to November 13, 1960. The Cathedral architecture is Baroque in style and capped with a classically influenced dome. It is located in downtown Altoona, Pennsylvania.
