Cascadia, a Wikipedia user, is Bradly L. McGarr of Phoenix, Arizona.
Bradly is currently runs several websites, including his personal site. He also is working, at this time, independently on The Republic of Cascadia project, which can be found at republicofcascadia.com.
Expertise: Bradly is a moderator with RoadtripAmerica.com, a community which includes professional road enthusiasts as well as first-time novices. RTA Contributors are seen as 'Professional Roadtrippers' in the Roadtripping community.
He is a volunteer with the North Valley Disaster Action Team of the Grand Canyon Chapter of the American Red Cross. He has earned the rank of Specialist, and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED, and the instruction of all three.
