Castoroides leiseyorum |
Castoroides is an extinct genus of giant beavers that lived in North America during the Pleistocene. There are two known species:
- Castoroides leiseyorum (in Florida)
- Castoroides ohioensis (also Castoroides nebrascensis; Northern US and Canada)
