Castle cinema
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Castle cinema is a former cinema building located adjacent to the grounds of Swansea Castle in Swansea, south Wales. It was the only building left standing in Swansea's Castle Street vicinity after the bombing raids during WWII. It is a grade II listed structure.
The building continued in use as a cinema up to the late 1980s even though it's facilities were very dated by then. Later on, with falling cinema audiences due to changes in viewing habits, the building was converted to use as a laser gun assault course called the Lazerzone.
