Cass Township is one of 18 townships in Richland County, Ohio. It is part of the Mansfield, Ohio Metropolitan Statistical Area.
It borders the following Richland County townships:
- Plymouth (west)
- Blooming Grove (east)
- Sharon (southwest tip)
- Franklin (southeast tip)
- Jackson (south)
