Casimir Oyé-Mba

Casimir Oyé-Mba (born 1942) is a Gabonese politician, who was one of the most important people in President Omar Bongo's administration during the 1990s. He served as prime minister of Gabon from May 3, 1990 to November 2, 1994. He was then appointed foreign minister and served in that position until 1999.
