Casillas de Flores is a village and municipality in the province of Salamanca, western Spain, part of the autonomous community of Castile-Leon. It is located 123 kilometres from the city of Salamanca and as of 2003 has a population of 119 people. The municipality covers an area of 42.6 km².

The village lies 853 metres above sea level.

The post code is 37541.

The village was founded by Alfonso VI in about 1650.
