Casapesenna is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 20 km northwest of Naples and about 20 km southwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,652 and an area of 3.0 km2.[1]
Casapesenna borders the following municipalities: Giugliano in Campania, San Cipriano d'Aversa, San Marcellino, Trentola-Ducenta, Villa di Briano.
