Casaletto Lodigiano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 20 km southeast of Milan and about 13 km west of Lodi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,278 and an area of 9.9 km2.[1]
The municipality of Casaletto Lodigiano contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Gugnano and Mairano.
