Though this image is originally copyright, I believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

The image is a screenshot from a television program intended for wide distribution.
No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose. While public domain images may exist for the subject of the article, none has been located that adequately illustrate the points in the subject's career that are discussed in the accompanying text.
The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the television program in any way.
The screenshot is of lower resolution and quality than the original video (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
