Carroll Township is one of 12 townships that make up Ottawa County, Ohio. It is located in the center of the county and makes up a small part of the border with Lucas County. Carroll Township borders the following townships and municipalities:

Carroll Township also houses the Magee Marsh State Reservation and Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.
