Carrie Van Dyck

Carrie Van Dyck is a co-founder of The Herbfarm restaurant in Woodinville, Washington USA. She grew up in Mamaroneck, New York and is a graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. In New York, Ms. Van Dyck worked for Jim Henson, creator of the Muppets. In addition she did technical theater work on Broadway.
From the late 1970s until 1985, Carrie Van Dyck was the director of photography for the national mail order catalog company, Early Winters, Ltd. Ms. Van Dyck was the former director of the Northwest Microbrewery Festival.
In 2006, National Geographic named The Herbfarm the top destination restaurant in the world.
