Carrega Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 130 km southeast of Turin and about 60 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 113 and an area of 56.7 km2.[1]
The municipality of Carrega Ligure contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Connio, Fontanachiusa, Magioncalda, Cartasegna, Daglio, Vegni, Agneto, Berga, Campassi, and Capanne di Carrega.
Carrega Ligure borders the following municipalities: Cabella Ligure, Fascia, Gorreto, Mongiardino Ligure, Ottone, Propata, Valbrevenna, and Vobbia.
