Carrara is a general purpose 3d modelling, animation and rendering package published by Eovia software, which is now owned by DAZ Productions. It features a full set of modeling and animation tools at a price that is competitive with rival packages. It is based on the discontinued 3d packages Infini-D and Ray Dream Studio, which were acquired from MetaCreations when that company divested its products.
